What do customers value?

I used to subscribe to the idea that our customers ahead of anything else wanted to be valued and respected, it was certainly the mantra of at least three of the organisations for which I’ve worked and what we worked maniacally to deliver. During 2020, Auscontact partnered with COPC Inc. to find out from customers what they wanted, surprisingly this was not #1 on the list let alone #2!
