What sort of changes have you made to the timing and nature of your one on ones and team meetings?
Are people still doing virtual chairs-in/team catch ups at the beginning of the shift?
Will be interesting to see what the response is Jacob! The team at Auscontact operate just like a contact centre - we log into phones, and support our Members via email and SM.
We've chosen to keep the same time for our daily huddle (10.30am) where we used to have a stand-up together in the office - now we video conference instead. it takes a little longer as we struggle to say less - we tend to say more is more as we miss the chit chat that happens in the workplace despite chatting online constantly.
We're also having our team meetings and drinks virtually - bottoms up!
